We thank our participating families for their continued support in completing this project. The third wave of the study has begun and we look forward to seeing you all in the upcoming years.
The Project
The Girls' Follow-Up Projects: An NIMH grant awarded to Professor Hinshaw ("Prospective Follow-Up of Girls with ADHD") allowed for systematic and thorough follow-up efforts over the last several years. Our project is currently starting up the third wave of assessments of the 228 families who participated in the 1997, 1998, and 1999 summer programs. The follow-up study should serve as a rich source of diagnostic, developmental, and familial information as the girls with and without ADHD grow and develop through adolescence and young adulthood.
