- UCB Clinician/Parent Group Coordinator: Elizabeth Owens, Ph.D. Dr. Owens is a licensed clinical child psychologist and works on both the CLAS and Girls Follow-Up projects. She received her B.A. from Stanford University and her M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. On the CLAS project she serves as the psychologist at the Berkeley site, working with parents individually and in groups and providing consultation to teachers. She is also the data analyst on the CLAS project. For the Girls Follow-Up project she serves as a statistical consultant and data analyst. In addition to her interests in ADHD, her substantive research interests include the development of externalizing problems in young children, resilience among children at risk for developing psychopathology, and the effects of maternal depression on children.

Multi-modal Treatment Assessment (MTA), UC Berkeley Site
- Principal Investigator: Stephen Hinshaw, Ph.D.
- Project Coordinator: Alan Vitolo, Ph.D. Alan Vitolo is a clinical psychologist and obtained his Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1994. In addition to being the Project Coordinator for the MTA Project, he is in private practice in Oakland and San Francisco. His clinical interests include working with children and adolescents with learning and developmental disabilities as well as young adults undergoing career transitions.
